Political Unrest & Citizens w/o adequate Shelter in Madison WI

During the last two weeks before the 4th of July 2013 Jason Houge and I traveled from Green Bay to Madison, WI. I wanted to experience first hand the concept of homelessness, record the dedication of the Solidarity Singers, and the political unrest of the latest attack on women’s rights.

I am overwhelmed that our fellow citizens, who are homeless, are so easy to find and are willing to share their stories. Even those who did not want to be photographed shared information.
